SHPA – Synchronized Hybrid Power Assist
SHPA is Blaer’s patented series hybrid technology which is based on BH02 platform. BH02 platform has an unique difference compared to other series hybrid, in this system both engine alternator and battery can power the motor at the same time.
Engine and Alternator
The engine alternator system developed in BH02 platform is specially designed for sustained efficiency for long operating durations.
The engine is tuned to run at a constant rpm with a fixed load.
BICS helps in sharing the load between the engine and the battery.
Motor Gear Box
The unique advantage of Blaer hybrid BH02 platform is its multi speed gearbox that is tailor made for electric traction. The main advantage of this gearbox is high load carrying capacity without compromising the vehicle top speed.
