SPA – Secondary Power Assist
SPA is a patented plug-in parallel hybrid system focused to deliver best in class performance and fuel efficiency.
The engine and motor is designed as a single system using BLAER’S unique hybrid design architecture (BH01) that allows either motor to power the vehicle or engine to power the vehicle or both can simultaneously power the vehicle delivering extreme performance.
BH01 architecture is designed in such a way that even vehicles with manual transmission can be converted into plug-in hybrids.
Engine and Motor
BLDC Motor Engine Head Gear Box Engine and motor is designed based on BH01 architecture, which is a preparatory design that allows easy and cost effective adaptation of SPA technology by the OEM.
During hybrid assist operation, the engine and motor will work together providing 40% increase in the total power output.
Motor and Alternator
The motor/alternator used in our hybrid systems are tailor made for Blaer need.
This extremely compact motor/alternator is highly intelligent with inbuilt controller which makes the entire system compact.
